1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AnyVidWall software ("Software") and its official website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Software.

2. License and Usage

BSR Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use AnyVidWall for personal desktop customization.

  • You may download and use the Software completely free of charge.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
  • You may not redistribute or sell the Software under your own brand name.

3. User Content and Responsibility

AnyVidWall allows you to select and play local video files as your desktop wallpaper. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to display using the Software.

  • BSR Studios does not provide any video files or wallpapers with the software (except the default fallback).
  • You must ensure that you have the legal right or appropriate permissions to use the video files you set as wallpapers.
  • BSR Studios is not responsible for any copyright infringement or inappropriate content displayed by the user on their personal device.

4. Third-Party Components

AnyVidWall utilizes the VLC Media Engine to decode and play video files. VLC is an open-source multimedia framework. The usage of this component complies with its respective open-source licenses, and BSR Studios does not claim ownership over the VLC framework.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we have optimized AnyVidWall for low-end PCs, BSR Studios does not guarantee that:

  • The Software will be error-free or run without interruptions.
  • The Software will not affect the performance of other intensive applications (like gaming) on your system.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BSR Studios be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to system crashes, loss of data, or hardware issues) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
